Is CardioWebdr free?+
Yes. The public clinical workspace is available without registration or payment.
Do I need an account?+
No. Favorites, notes, and history are stored in this browser, so an account is neither required nor created.
Are patient inputs sent to the server?+
No. Reviewed equations run in your browser. Calculation values are not included in analytics events, URLs, or feedback unless you manually paste them into a message—which you should not do.
Why do some tools not calculate?+
Coverage and safety are separated. Source-mapped tools remain searchable with their inputs, context, and references, but output stays disabled until the equation has been independently reviewed.
Can I use it offline?+
Yes. Install the progressive web app and save the essentials. Visited tool pages are cached on the device, and the open heart-sound library has a separate control to save all 50 recordings for offline playback.
Where are my notes and history?+
They live in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync across devices. Export important records before clearing browser data.
Are results medical advice?+
No. Results are decision-support information and must be interpreted with current guidelines, local protocols, patient context, and professional judgment.
How do I report a formula concern?+
Use Report issue on the tool page or the Feedback page. Include a citation or reproducible example, but never identifiable patient information.
How are discussions handled?+
Comments are tool-specific and moderated before publication. Email is optional and never published.
