The logistic equation is x = 0.02×Age + Functional + ASA + Creatinine + Procedure − 5.25, and the risk = ex / (1 + ex). Clinical Interpretation A calculated risk < 1% indicates low perioperative cardiac risk; ≥ 1% indicates elevated risk requiring further optimization and risk mitigation strategies per perioperative guidelines.
