CRT Response Index (Pre-implant Predictors): Explanation and Clinical Context The CRT Response Index is a pre-implantation scoring system designed to predict the likelihood of a positive response to cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with heart failure. It combines multiple baseline clinical and electrocardiographic parameters including age, QRS duration, presence of left bundle branch block (LBBB), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), and ischemic etiology.
