INTERHEART Risk Score: Comprehensive Explanation and Clinical Context The INTERHEART Risk Score is a globally validated tool developed from the INTERHEART study, which assessed over 30,000 participants across 52 countries. It identifies nine modifiable risk factors responsible for over 90% of myocardial infarction risk worldwide.
