It incorporates key clinical variables including age at surgery, preoperative oxygen saturation, presence of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (PAVMs), and prior Glenn or shunt procedures. Higher age and presence of PAVMs are associated with reduced survival, while higher preoperative oxygen saturation and previous Glenn/shunt procedures may modestly increase survival probability.
