The score helps clinicians in risk stratification, therapy escalation, and follow-up intensity decisions.

Each parameter contributes points based on thresholds derived from pediatric PAH registry data, such as REVEAL 2.0 pediatric modification. A higher total score correlates with worse prognosis and higher risk of clinical deterioration.
