Reynolds Risk Score (RRS): Comprehensive Explanation and Clinical Context The Reynolds Risk Score is a 10-year cardiovascular risk prediction model developed by Ridker PM and colleagues (2007). It estimates the probability of major cardiovascular events (myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, or coronary revascularization) among individuals without existing cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
