Terms & Conditions Effective Date: November 29, 2025 Introduction CardioWebdr, operated by PT CardioWebdr Platform Indonesia, is a free, independent, and non-profit platform providing clinical reference tools designed for healthcare professionals. By accessing or using CardioWebdr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

CardioWebdr is built with a strict privacy-first philosophy. We do not track users, do not collect patient data, and do not store sensitive clinical information. All interactive features; including Favorites, My Notes, and local preferences; run entirely on your device via localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.

1. User Content Submission Guidelines A. User Content Requirements You may submit feedback, tool reports, or feature requests.

By submitting content, you confirm that: The content is accurate and created by you. You have rights to submit the material. Your submission does not violate confidentiality or applicable laws.

Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material. B. License to CardioWebdr By submitting content through feedback or contact forms, you grant CardioWebdr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and store the submission for purposes such as improving tools or responding to inquiries.

We do not commercialize or redistribute submissions. 2. Website Content and Limitations on Use All tools, formulas, code, text, graphics, and other materials on CardioWebdr are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

D. System Availability CardioWebdr does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Maintenance, server issues, or updates may temporarily affect availability.

Prohibited Activities Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of content Reverse engineering calculation scripts Introducing malware or harmful components Impersonating others or submitting fraudulent information Violating local, national, or international laws F. The platform does not replace clinical judgment, medical training, or institutional guidelines. While we strive for accuracy, CardioWebdr does not guarantee completeness, correctness, or clinical suitability. G.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardioWebdr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any use of the Services. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed IDR 200.000,-. H.
