It aggregates simple, history-based priors (geography, exposures, timing) with bedside features (fever, murmur, eosinophilia, troponin) to highlight pathogens that commonly present with myocarditis, pericarditis, pulmonary vascular disease, or endocarditis. The scoring is heuristic and designed to prioritize tests; it is not a substitute for clinical judgment or formal diagnostic criteria.
