Fontan Adult Brompton (FAB) Score: Explanation and Clinical Context The FAB score is a clinical tool developed to predict the risk of mortality or need for heart transplantation in adult patients with Fontan circulation. It incorporates six clinical variables: age at first adult visit, history of atrial tachyarrhythmia, history of heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class, systolic blood press
