Right Ventricular Apical Pacing Risk Index (RVAPRI): Explanation and Clinical Context RVAPRI is a clinical tool designed to assess the risk of adverse outcomes in patients undergoing right ventricular apical pacing. The scoring system incorporates factors such as age, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class, and QRS duration. A higher risk score indicates a greater likelihood of developing complications associated with RV apical pacing.
