The TAPVR Repair Risk Index is a clinical prediction model developed to assess the likelihood of late reintervention following TAPVR repair.

This model incorporates three key factors: - Residual Pulmonary Vein Lesion: The severity of any remaining pulmonary vein obstruction post-repair. - Age at Surgery: Younger age, particularly infants under 1 year, is associated with higher risk. - Preoperative Obstruction: Presence of obstruction before surgery increases the risk of reintervention.
